1.Application direction

2.Output product analysis
Manufacturing of multi-variety sand cores for small and medium-sized workpieces in the valve, faucet, hardware, hydraulic and pneumatic industries.
3.Process composition
1)Add sanding: The sand shooting cylinder moves below the sand cylinder, and the sand closing mechanism opens to start receiving sand. After receiving the sand, the sand shut-off mechanism is closed, and the sand shooting cylinder moves to the top of the mold;
2)Clamping: The movable mold assembly moves to coincide with the static mold assembly, and the core pulls up;
3)Sand shooting: the sand injection cylinder under the shooting head is close to the mold, the sand shooting valve is opened, and the sand shooting starts;
4)Heating and curing: the shooting head moves up, the sand shooting barrel moves up, and the heating is solidified
5)Mold opening: move the core down, move the mold parts back, automatically eject the core, and manually take out the sand core;
6)Sand adding: It is equipped with a preset counter, after the number of sand shots is reached, sand is automatically added to the sand shot barrel; the core pulling can be turned off.

A : Our factory is located in Quanzhou city,Fujian province,China. You can fly to Jinjiang or Xiamen air port, we will pick you up.
Q2. Are you produce machine's specific parameters according to the samples?
A: Yes, we produce the machine you want by your samples or technical drawings. Usually one machine have different molds and fixtures like metal polishing machine,die casting machine.
Q3. What is your sample service?
A: We can supply the sample testing which client want to produce if we have ready machine in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample shipping cost.
