High-precision frame construction employs post-weld stress-relieved carbon steel processed through unified machining, ensuring both structural integrity and subsystem alignment accuracy as the machine's central support structure.
The compressed air system incorporates cylinder modules, piping networks, and control valves predominantly from ADke (Taiwanese manufacturer), selected for premium performance characteristics that optimize response times and service intervals.
End-user responsibility includes provision of temperature control equipment capable of maintaining aqueous coolant at 10°C (acceptable range 8-12°C).
Interface piping between machine and plant air supplies must contain isolation valves combined with moisture separators to achieve required compressed air dryness specifications.
