DL-300-II/Z Heated Core Injection Machine

Designed as a manual vertical cantilever system, this hot-box core machine produces mold-configured sand cores up to 3.2kg mass with engineered surface finish and dimensional repeatability.
Implements concurrent sand loading-compaction with fast-cure cycles (10-60 seconds), enabling complex core architectures that optimize downstream casting machining parameters.
