Thermal Core Box Projection System DL-300 Series (II/Z Models)

This vertical semi-automatic core shooter employs a single-column cantilever design for manual hot-box core production. Ideal for manufacturing sub-3.2kg sand cores with optimized surface finish and dimensional precision through customized molds.
Features synchronized sand filling-compaction and rapid hardening cycles (10-60 seconds). Excels in producing intricate geometries with tight tolerances and minimized casting machining allowances.

Process Composition

Sand Addition: Core sand is poured into the sand cylinder, and the sand shut-off mechanism is activated to begin sand intake. The mechanism closes after completion.
Mold Clamping: The movable template descends to fully close the upper and lower mold halves. The sand shooting board engages tightly with the mold.
Sand Shooting: The sand discharge valve opens to initiate the sand injection process.
Thermal Curing: The mold undergoes heat treatment for solidification while remaining stationary.
Mold Opening: The movable template ascends, ejecting and retrieving the formed core.
Core Extraction: The template advances to finalize core ejection and removal.
