Manufactured through weld-integrated machining of stress-relieved carbon structural steel, the frame ensures dimensional stability under operational loads while providing mounting interfaces for shooting machine components.
Pneumatic architecture integrates cylinder banks and gas control elements with ADke-branded (Taiwan) core components, selected for their rapid actuation characteristics and reliability in continuous operation environments.
Temperature control below 12°C requires client-supplied refrigeration equipment, with recommended setpoint at 10°C±2°.
Preventive air treatment measures mandate installation of shutoff valves and oil-water filtration assemblies between machine and facility air supplies to eliminate condensate contamination.
