Partially Automated Thermal Core Box Shooter

Fabricated from premium carbon structural steel, the frame undergoes weld stress relief and integrated machining to guarantee structural rigidity and dimensional precision, serving as the foundational support for all core shooting machine subsystems.
The pneumatic system comprises frame cylinders, actuators, piping networks, and associated gas control elements, featuring Taiwan ADke-branded main components. This premium configuration with first-tier brand parts enhances operational responsiveness and equipment durability.
Clients must supply their own refrigeration unit to maintain water temperature at approximately 10°C (±2°).
Mandatory installation of gate valves and oil-water separators between machine main air lines and workshop supply lines is required to effectively remove moisture from compressed air systems.

Applications

Add sand: Position the shooting cylinder beneath the sand reservoir. Activate the release mechanism to load sand. Seal after loading, then lift the cylinder to mold position.
Clamp molds: Align movable mold components with fixed counterparts while elevating cores.
Inject sand: Engage sand nozzle with mold cavity. Open valve to commence sand projection.
Cure through heating: Retract injection system and apply thermal treatment for solidification.
Demold: Lower cores, retract movable mold sections, perform automatic core ejection, and manually remove finished sand core.
Auto-replenish: When preset shot count triggers, refill cylinder automatically. Optional core pulling deactivation.
