The parameters of the hydraulic system have been debugged before leaving the factory. Before running, just inject the appropriate hydraulic oil into the oil tank, and the oil level should be higher than half of the oil level agent. We recommend using 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil.
When starting up, please make sure that the motor turns correctly, and fill the pipeline and cylinder with oil. Turn the oil pump forward and reverse several times to ensure that the air in the line is exhausted.
After the worktable and power head move normally, please check the oil level of the oil tank again and make up the hydraulic oil. At the same time, check whether there is leakage at the joint of the pipeline.
Boot up
1.Provide power supply. The electrical system of the machine tool is designed according to three-phase AC power supply, and its power supply voltage is three-phase four-wire 380V 50/60HZ.
2.Turn all the circuit breakers in the control cabinet to the "ON" position, turn the external rotary switch to the "ON" position, and turn the "power" on the operation panel to the right ON position.
3.Check whether the rotation direction of all motors is correct, and install suitable processing tools. Set the relevant parameters of the work-piece to be processed on the man-machine interface.
4.Release the "emergency stop" to execute the return of each machining axis and turntable. Load the work-piece and press the "Clamping" button to allow the work-piece fixture to clamp the work-piece.
5.Press the "Start" button, and the system will automatically process the work-piece.
6After the processing is completed, each spindle will automatically return to position, waiting for the work-piece to be loaded and processed again.
When the "Cleaning Mode" function is selected, each machining axis will automatically process the remaining unprocessed work-pieces and stop each spindle in turn.
