Product Description

1.Application
It is applicable to furan resin series hot core box sand, urea-formaldehyde resin series hot core box sand and coated sand, especially suitable for cast copper and cast aluminum industries.
2.Output product analysis
Various sand cores for small and medium-sized workpieces in the valve, faucet, hardware, hydraulic, pneumatic and other industries.
3.Functional value
1)With the rocker structure, the sand-shooting barrel can be moved away from the high-temperature area, which is convenient for
manual cleaning of the sand-shooting hole.
2)The machine is equipped with an integral movement mechanism for the base, which can move the base along the X and Y aixs, making the perforation alignment mold more convenient and accurate.
3)The movable mold is equipped with a core-pulling frame along with the mold to meet the special requirements of the mold. If core pulling is not used, just turn off the core pulling switch.
4)The quicksand angle of the sand storage bucket reaches 70°, and is equipped with a vibration motor. It is suitable for the requirements of core sand that is easy to collapse but has poor fluidity in the copper and aluminum industries.
 

4)There are three options of manual, single cycle and multi-cycle.
5)There is a mold adjustment space, which is convenient for assembling different molds and reduces the requirements on the external dimensions of the mold.
