2, The air control system by the frame cylinder, cylinder, pipeline and related gas path control components. The main supporting pneumatic components are Taiwan ADke brand products, high-end configuration of first-line brands, fast response speed, improve equipment life;
3, Customers need to bring their own refrigerator, keep the water temperature at about 10°;
4. Gate valves and oil-water separators must be installed between the main gas pipe of the machine and the main gas pipe of the workshop to remove the water in the compressed air.

Process composition:
1. Sand adding: The sand shooting cylinder moves below the sand cylinder, and the sand closing mechanism opens to start receiving sand. After receiving the sand, the sand shut-off mechanism is closed, and the sand shooting cylinder moves to the top of the mold;
2. Mold clamping: the movable mold assembly moves to coincide with the static mold assembly, and the core pulls up;
3. Sand shooting: the sand injection cylinder under the shooting head is close to the mold, the sand shooting valve is opened, and the sand shooting starts;
4. Heating and curing: the shooting head moves up, the sand shooting cylinder moves up, and it is heated and solidified;
5. Opening the mold: move the core down, move the movable mold parts back, automatically eject the core, and manually take out the sand core;
6. Sand adding: There is a preset counter, after the number of shots is reached, the sand will be automatically added to the shot barrel; the core pulling can be turned off.
