Gravity Casting Machine Introduction

 

The gravity casting machine is use for produce faucet body, plumbing hardware accessories, auto parts, tableware, etc.

 

The specific steps of the gravity casting are as follows: a)The worktable of the casting machine is in a horizontal state, the core is manually lowered, and the casting mold is closed and in a horizontal state; b) The pouring mold is tilted at a certain angle; the tilting angle is between 0° and 90°; c) The pouring mold rotates in reverse to a horizontal state, and pouring is performed during this process. d) The casting mold is fixed in a horizontal state, and the casting starts to solidify.

Process composition
Raise to a predetermined angle to put the sand core, step on the foot switch once (closing the mold) → casting → step on the foot switch once → timing after the mold closing mechanism descends to return to the position → time is up to the mold to automatically open → take out the product → step on the switch once → Clamping frame flip → mold rotation → mold descending and rotating cooling → mold rising → mold rotation back to position → mold clamping frame flipping back to position → working table up
