Robot body: fully-automatic control, repeatable edition, able to complete all kinds of polishing in three-dimensional space, and brands are optional.
Abrasive band grinding machine: equipped with multiple usable grinding contact wheels. When grinding, the robot can control rotating speed and automatically adjust tension of abrasive band, and automatically choose currently available contact wheel.( Users can decide quantity of abrasive band grinding machine, according to their own needs.)
Double-station automatic feeding table: double-station elements arrangement, alternate operation, the two stations can set same or different products at the same time, the robot can recognize different programs and operate accordingly.
Tooling positioner: adopt pneumatic drive, posses functions of air pressure, cable rotation, and also the pioneering displacement detection, which can avoid the positioner from working when the placement is incorrect. Or the machine or PU wheel might get damaged.
Whole machine control system: automatic linear speed compensation, abrasive band rectification, grinding pressure compensation, remote fault diagnosis and repair.

Application and maintenance of equipment
1.Preparation before installation: carefully read and understand this manual, understand the manufacturer's specific requirements and assembly requirements for the equipment foundation, and make preparations before installation.
2. Component assembly: clean the anti-rust paint on the guide rails, sliding surfaces and contact surfaces before the equipment is assembled. Assemble all parts of the equipment, such as control cabinets and electrical cabinets, into a complete machine. When assembling, you must use the original positioning elements such as positioning pins and positioning blocks to ensure the accuracy of adjustment.
3.The connection of the air pipe: According to the specifications and models, connect the relevant cables and pipes one by one according to the marks. Pay special attention to reliable contact and sealing when connecting, otherwise oil and water leakage during test machine will cause trouble to test machine. When connecting oil pipes and air pipes, it is necessary to prevent foreign matter from entering the pipeline from the interface, causing the entire hydraulic and pneumatic system to malfunction. After the cables and pipelines are connected, fix the pipelines and install the protective cover to ensure a neat appearance.
4.System connection:
1)Ground wire connection: Generally, the radiation grounding method is adopted, that is, the signal ground in the control cabinet, the strong current ground, and the equipment ground are connected to a common ground point, and the common ground point is connected to the ground. The cross-sectional area of the grounding cable between the electric control cabinet and the strong electric cabinet should be more than 6mm2. The public grounding point should be in good contact with the earth, and the grounding resistance is generally required to be less than 4Ω.
2)Power cord connection: refers to the three-phase four-wire connection between the power supply of the control cabinet and the power supply. The three-phase wire uses a wire diameter of 10MM2 or more, the neutral wire uses a 6MM2 blue wire, and the ground wire uses a 6MM2 yellow-green two-color wire. It must be correctly connected according to the specific situation of China's power supply.
5.Inspection and adjustment before power-on test
1) Confirmation of input power supply voltage, frequency and phase sequence.
Confirmation of input power supply voltage and frequency: This equipment requires a three-phase four-wire 380V 50HZ power supply. Before powering on, carefully check whether the input power supply voltage is correct and whether the frequency switch has been placed in the "50HZ" position.
Confirmation of power supply voltage fluctuation range: Generally, the allowable voltage fluctuation range of the system is 85%-110% of the rated value, but some systems in Europe and America require higher requirements. If the fluctuation range of the power supply voltage exceeds the requirements of the system, an AC regulated power supply must be equipped, otherwise the accuracy and stability of the system will be affected.
2) Confirm whether the output terminal of the DC power supply is short-circuited to the ground. If there is a short-circuit, it must be eliminated, otherwise the DC stabilized power supply unit will be burned out.
3)Turn on the power supply of the control cabinet and check the output voltage. Too large fluctuations will affect the stability of the system.
4)Check whether the quality and specifications of each fuse meet the requirements to protect the safety of the equipment.
6.Operating procedures
Operating procedures are one of the important measures to ensure the safe operation of equipment, and all operations must be performed in accordance with the operating procedures. When the equipment fails, the operation should pay attention to keep the scene, and truthfully explain the situation before and after the failure to the maintenance personnel, so as to facilitate the analysis and diagnosis of the cause of the failure, and eliminate it in time.
7.Linear slide lubricating oil: The oil pump of this machine is filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. It is recommended that customers use lubricating oil with an oil viscosity of 30-150cSt to lubricate the linear slide. And check and add lubricating oil in the oil pump every other month.
Note: The equipment should not be stored for a long time. Make full use of the equipment after purchasing it, especially in the first year of use, so that the weak links that are prone to failure can be exposed as soon as possible and can be eliminated within the warranty. When there is no processing task, the equipment should be energized regularly. It is best to energize 1-2 times a week, and run dry for about 1 hour each time, so as to use the heat generation of the equipment itself and reduce the internal humidity, so that the electronic components will not get damp. At the same time, it can also find out whether a battery alarm has occurred in time to prevent the loss of system software and parameters.
