The working principle of the DLZX6070SX series double station up and down sand shooting molding machine is:
The sand supply belt conveyor is connected to the sand silo in the sand plant system. After receiving the command from the host, it runs and supplies the clay sand in the sand silo to the molding machine. When receiving the command to fill the sand cylinder of the molding machine, it stops; After the molding machine is full of materials, close each sealing port and use compressed air from the air storage cylinder to inject sand. After the sand injection is completed, the sand mold is compacted by a hydraulic cylinder; After the sand mold is compacted, it is demolded, rotated, cored, connected, and unboxed. Then, a cylinder is used to push the sand mold onto the open line bottom plate trolley and push it to the pouring position for pouring.
