Partially Automated Thermal Core Box Shooter

The structural framework employs weld-stress-relieved carbon steel construction with unitary machining processes to achieve required rigidity and precision tolerance, forming the primary load-bearing matrix for machine subsystems.
Air management circuits consist of cylinder arrays, tubular networks, and pneumatic control modules, utilizing ADke (Taiwan) components as primary actuators. This premium configuration enhances cycle speeds while reducing maintenance frequency.
External refrigeration units must be furnished by end-users to maintain process water at 10±1 degrees Celsius.
Critical filtration infrastructure including ball valves and moisture separators shall be installed upstream at machine/workshop air line interfaces for compressed air dehydration.
