The mold halves seal during rotation to ensure uniform molten alloy dispersion, preventing imperfections like thermal loss gaps, incomplete filling defects, and gaseous cavity formations.

The cooling medium comprises an aqueous graphite suspension. Graphite particles bond with mold cores, facilitating clean separation while demonstrating water insolubility and thermal resilience.
