What it is: This is an "intelligent mixing machine" specially designed to prepare molding sand. It precisely mixes used sand, new sand, coal powder, bentonite, and water, ensuring the binder evenly coats every sand grain-the critical first step in sand casting.
Mixing Principle
Used sand, new sand, and additives are weighed separately then fed simultaneously through one inlet for pre-dry mixing, with water instantly added via wall-mounted spray pipes. After charging, large double-S scrapers and high-speed rotor blades run continuously to complete mixing. The side discharge door opens, emptying mixed sand in 10-15 seconds onto the conveyor below.
