Main features
Circuits are all controlled by PLC, data setting adopts touch screen, electrical components are imported from Japan and hydraulic components are as well imported from outside.
1) For gravity model casting with brass and ferroalloy
2) Front casting, lateral casting and secondary casting are optional.
3) Individual cooling time of model is adjustable.
4) The dismantling, assembly and cleaning of model are convenient.
5) Two functions of manual and automatic circulation are available.
Totalizing counter and preset counter are arranged to record the piece number of on duty production.
6) Adjustment range of model is defined to make the using of different models easy and reduce requirement of model's exterior physical dimension
7) This machine can store 100 sets model casting operation programs and you can set your password.
8) Compatible with machines of Hanxing and IMR S.P.A.
Maintenance of machine
1) Maintain the tidiness and well condition of the machine; every time before you start machine, please fill lubrication oil into lubricating parts (3#universal lithium base grease, lubrication oil).
2) Change hydraulic oil regularly (add wear-resistant hydraulic oil (46#or 68#); For new machines, change of oil should be carried out every
three months and afterwards, every 8 months.
3) Clean the transmission part when you hand over to next shift to keep a 9 good operation and extend the useful time.
4) Frequently inspect whether the connection, transmission part and all fastening pieces are loosened. Solve timely if there is problem.
5) Examine regularly whether drive-by-wire, electrical devices and circuit of machine are loosened due to vibration. Solve timely if there is problem.
6) If you will not use the machine for a long time, please completely clean the part of machine where there is no lacquer and paint it with pickling oil and cover it with dustproof fabric.
